Diagnose before you build.

Two weeks of looking before a single line of code. A written, opinionated map of your workflows, your tool stack, and the manual operations worth automating. Yours to keep.

Two weeks · Fixed scope · $5,000 · Yours to keep

What you actually get

A written diagnostic, a walkthrough, and a map you keep.

Two deliverables sent at the end of week two, plus a real conversation at delivery. No retainer, no recurring meeting.

01

Written diagnostic.

A real, opinionated document. Workflow friction, tool stack audit, and prioritized AI implementation opportunities with effort estimates. Off-the-shelf vs custom for each.

Yours to keep.

Whether or not we end up working together. The Diagnostic stands on its own. If your team takes it and runs, that is a successful engagement.

How it works

Two weeks, start to finish.

A real conversation up front, two weeks of senior practitioner attention in the middle, a written diagnostic and readout at the end.

Week 1 · Day 1

Intake

A short intake plus a real conversation, your team, the manual workflows you can think of, your current stack, and where the friction actually shows up.

Week 1 · Day 2–5

Diagnose

I study how your business actually runs against what AI can do well today. Workflow friction, owner pull, tool stack, data visibility, team leverage, AI readiness.

Week 2 · Day 1–4

Synthesize

A real, opinionated map. Workflows ranked by leverage. Off-the-shelf vs custom for each. The order to do them in, and why.

Week 2 · Day 5

Deliver

A written diagnostic and a 90-minute readout on a call. Yours to keep, whether or not we end up working together.

Inside the Diagnostic

What you actually get on the page.

  • A workflow friction map: where work actually piles up, and what it costs you in hours per week.
  • A tool stack audit: what you are paying for, what you actually use, and where the gaps are.
  • Five to ten AI implementation opportunities, ranked by leverage and effort.
  • For each opportunity: off-the-shelf vs custom, with a rough effort estimate.
  • A first-mover recommendation: if we only do one thing, do this one, and here is why.
  • The questions to answer before any AI tool gets bought, so nothing ends up as shelfware.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The honest ones, answered before you have to ask.

What does the $5,000 actually buy?

Two full weeks of senior practitioner attention. A written, opinionated diagnostic of your workflows, tool stack, and AI implementation opportunities, plus a 90-minute readout call.

Why a conversation first instead of a form?

Because the Diagnostic is two weeks of real work, not a transaction. I read every inquiry personally. If the Diagnostic isn't the right next move, I will say so, and point you toward something cheaper or faster.

How long does it take?

Two weeks from kickoff. Faster turnarounds available on request when the calendar allows.

Do you do calls?

Yes. The Diagnostic includes a kickoff conversation at intake and a 90-minute readout call at delivery. Anything else outside that is async.

What if I want to talk first?

A $1,250 Working Session is the right entry. Ninety minutes on operations, a written follow-up in 48 hours, and the full fee credits toward the Diagnostic if you book one within 30 days.

What happens after?

If the Diagnostic is enough, you take the map and run with it, or hand it to your team. If it makes you want to keep going, one or more of the prioritized opportunities turns into One-Off Work or a Fractional Engagement, scoped from the same roadmap.
