I'm Nathan. I run GoodCraft, the integration practice for the manual work that should already be software.

GoodCraft is part practice, part product company. The practice replaces manual workflows with software for companies that should have made the swap a long time ago. The product side ships small software the practice uses on real client work, then opens up to the public when it's ready.
The buyer changes — an owner of a three-person operation, a COO at a four-hundred-person firm, an exec running a specific function inside a larger business. The pain doesn't. Someone on the team has been the integration between two systems for years, and the business has outgrown that arrangement. We replace the person-in-the-middle with software.
A small number of client engagements at a time, on purpose. Senior practitioner attention, not a rotation of juniors. If the assessment points toward something better referred out, we say so.
Building the products keeps the practice honest. Whatever I recommend to clients, I have to live with myself first.
